Plotwith（plotwith.com）是一个基于 AI 大语言模型的全年龄向（16+）互动剧情游戏平台。用户可以选择不同的故事场景，与多个 AI 驱动的虚构角色进行对话以推进剧情。Plotwith 不是约会应用、虚拟伴侣或成人聊天服务。
基础功能可免费体验；可选付费会员与钻石包用于解锁更多对话额度与高级模型。定价详见 定价页面。
2. 使用条件
- 您必须年满 16 岁方可使用本服务。
- 您理解对话中的角色均为 AI 生成，非真人。
- 您不得使用本服务生成或传播违反 内容政策 的内容。
- 您不得使用本服务从事任何违法或侵权活动。
- 您不得试图破坏、攻击或滥用本服务的基础设施。
3. 内容政策
- 禁止色情、性暗示、裸露、涉及未成年人的不当内容及其他违法内容。详见 内容政策。
- AI 生成的内容可能不完全准确；若发现违规输出，请通过应用内举报或邮件联系我们。
- Plotwith 保留对违规用户限制访问、封禁账号或移除内容的权利。
4. 付费与订阅
- 会员订阅与钻石包价格见 定价页面。
- 订阅可能自动续费，您可在续费前取消。支付由 Paddle、Stripe 或其他授权支付服务商处理。
- 退款条件见 退款政策。
5. 知识产权
Plotwith 平台的界面设计、品牌标识和源代码受知识产权保护。用户在平台上与 AI 对话生成的内容，用户享有使用权。
6. 免责声明
- 本服务按"现状"提供，不作任何明示或暗示的保证。
- AI 生成的内容不代表 Plotwith 的观点或立场。
- Plotwith 不保证服务始终可用、不间断或无错误。
- 因使用本服务产生的任何直接或间接损失，Plotwith 不承担责任。

1. Service Description
Plotwith (plotwith.com) is a 16+ interactive fiction game powered by large language models. Users select story scenarios and converse with multiple fictional AI characters to advance the plot. Plotwith is not a dating app, virtual companion, or adult chat service.
Core features are free to try; optional memberships and diamond packs unlock additional usage and premium models. See Pricing.
2. Conditions of Use
- You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.
- You understand that characters are AI-generated, not real people.
- You must not generate or share content that violates our Content Policy.
- You must not use this service for illegal or infringing activities.
- You must not attempt to disrupt, attack, or abuse the service infrastructure.
3. Content Policy
- Prohibited: pornography, sexual content, nudity, sexualized minors, and other unlawful content. See Content Policy.
- AI output may be inaccurate; report violations via in-app reporting or email.
- Plotwith may restrict, ban, or remove content for policy violations.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
- Prices are listed on our Pricing page.
- Subscriptions may auto-renew; cancel before renewal. Payments processed by Paddle, Stripe, or authorized providers.

5. Intellectual Property
The interface design, brand identity, and source code of the Plotwith platform are protected by intellectual property rights. Users retain usage rights for content they generate through AI conversations on the platform.
6. Disclaimer
- This service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
- AI-generated content does not represent the views or positions of Plotwith.
- Plotwith does not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
- Plotwith shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this service.
7. Service Modifications and Termination
Plotwith reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notice.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through amicable negotiation.
