2. 符合退款条件的情况
在以下情况下,您有权申请全额退款:
- 购买订阅或积分后 7 天内,且您未实质使用相关服务(即未发送过任何消息、未进入任何 AI 房间)。
- 服务出现严重技术故障,导致您完全无法使用已购买的功能,且该问题在您反馈后 7 个工作日内未得到解决。
- 未经您本人授权的扣款(请同时提供相关证据)。
- 重复扣款或因系统错误导致的超额扣款。
3. 不予退款的情况
以下情况我们无法提供退款:
- 购买后超过 7 天的订阅费用。
- 已使用的积分或已发送消息产生的费用。
- 因违反《使用条款》导致账号被封禁,余额不予退还。
- 促销折扣购买的部分退款(已享受折扣的购买不享受原价退款)。
- 因您个人原因不再使用服务(如改变主意、不再需要等)。
4. 退款流程
- 请通过邮件 support@plotwith.com 提交退款申请,邮件主题注明"退款申请"。
- 请在邮件中提供:账号注册邮箱、订单号 / 交易凭证、退款原因、相关截图或证据。
- 我们将在收到申请后的 5 个工作日内进行审核并回复。
- 审核通过后,退款将原路返回至您的支付账户,实际到账时间取决于您的支付渠道(通常 3–10 个工作日)。
5. 订阅续费
订阅会自动续费。如需取消自动续费,请在下一个续费日之前 24 小时内在账户设置中关闭自动续费。已成功续费的部分,原则上不提供退款,但符合第 2 条所述条件的情况除外。
6. 政策更新
我们可能不时更新本退款政策。重大变更将在本页面上更新"最后更新"日期。继续使用我们的服务即表示您接受当前版本的退款政策。

Plotwith Refund Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with Plotwith. This refund policy explains when you are eligible to request a refund and how to submit a refund request.
2. Eligible Refund Situations
You are entitled to a full refund in the following cases:
- Within 7 days of purchasing a subscription or credits, and you have not substantially used the service (i.e., you have not sent any messages or entered any AI room).
- A serious technical fault prevents you from using the purchased functionality, and the issue is not resolved within 7 business days after you report it.
- Unauthorized charges were made without your consent (please provide supporting evidence).
- Duplicate charges or overcharges caused by system errors.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to provide refunds in the following cases:
- Subscription fees requested more than 7 days after purchase.
- Credits already used or fees generated by sent messages.
- Account suspension due to violations of our Terms of Service — remaining balances will not be refunded.
- Partial refunds for promotional discounted purchases (discounted purchases are not eligible for refunds at the original price).
- Personal reasons for discontinuing use (e.g., change of mind, no longer needed).
4. Refund Process
- Please submit your refund request by emailing support@plotwith.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Please include in your email: the email used for registration, order number / payment receipt, reason for refund, and any relevant screenshots or evidence.
- We will review your request and respond within 5 business days of receipt.
- Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The actual arrival time depends on your payment provider (typically 3–10 business days).
5. Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically. To cancel auto-renewal, please turn it off in your account settings at least 24 hours before the next renewal date. Successfully renewed periods are generally non-refundable, except where the conditions in Section 2 apply.

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the current version of this refund policy.
